She's only a year old but a lot has happened to Sugar in that one year. She gave birth to a litter of pups, she and her mate and the pups were surrendered to a shelter. Her mate Casey and the pups have found homes and sweet as her name Sugar is still waiting. She's waiting in a shelter that is not able to hold dogs indefinitely due to space limitations. Sugar's need for a home has become urgent. Everybody who meets her says that Sugar is a real lovebug and a pushover for attention. She has a striking brindle coat and a beautiful face with trusting, hopeful eyes. We're seeking a foster or forever home for Sugar. She is currently in Marietta, OH but transport can be gladly arranged to save her life.
